How do I make a payment? Transfer of cash on delivery ?

If you have online banking whether application or web, you can use that with your bank name like CIMB Berhad or Bank Islam to pay. We will provide to you our details including bank name and account number according to the person that you deal with. As for cash on delivery, we did not provide any of that.

How many days the process will takes ?

It will takes around 2 until 3 days only. As for the shipping, we will use J&T Express to ship your goods.

What if I received a damage parcel and affected the goods, can I return it to you or get a refund ?

All items that have been ordered will not be refunded. But, all mistakes from our side, we will post the item again. The claim is for 3 days after the customer received the item.

How about my privacy ?
